Turkish Chemicals Industry hears about TESS Print

The Environmental Technologies Centre of industrial Collaboration (ETCIC) at the University of Hull has recently started working on a project aimed at assessing the full impact of the REACH Regulation on the Turkish Chemicals Industry. The project is led by NGO,the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV), and is supported by the Turkish Government and Industry Associations. EU funding has been secured, and the project team also includes EU colleagues, Kaunas University, Lithuania.

In a recent visit to Ankara to establish working relationships with the Turkish project team, ETCIC gave a short presentation on the Reach-Serv website and TESS Toolbox to both the project team and representatives from major stakeholders. 

ETCIC and the University of Hull are currently involved in the TESS project as WP2 (REACH legislation) and WP3 (Chemical toxicology) leaders.
