Commission Regulation (EC) No. 340/2008 on the fees and charges payable to the European Chemicals Agency for services related to REACH was came into force on 20 April 2008.

Only registrants have to submit a registration for each company (per substance) they represent.  Their fees will also be based on the size of the company they represent.

Fees will be reviewed annually and take into account inflation
